How do I find the card I want?
Although CardRegards has hundreds of cards - it's easy! From the 'Find me a card page', you select your choice of cards by entering any combination of occasion, category of card and range, additionally use the adult humour filter to include 'over 18' humour in your selection. Now click 'go' and your selection of cards will be displayed.

How much do cards cost?
Each CardRegards card is individually priced. Postage and packaging is FREE for UK addresses, 37p for other European countries and 65p for the rest of the world.

How long will it take to deliver my card?
Orders received before 2.00pm on any working day (Monday to Friday) will be posted by first class post the same day. For UK addresses the Royal Mail delivers more than 90% of first class post on the next working day, but please allow 2 days for delivery. For more information see our delivery details.

Is there a minimum number of cards I have to order?
No. You can order as few or as many cards as you like. You can also choose whether to have them sent directly to your friends and family, or sent to your address so that you can write and send them yourself.

Can I order a card from anywhere in the world?
Yes, you can order from, and have your card sent to, anywhere in the world. For information on mailing see our delivery details.

Can I send a card to an address outside of the UK?
Yes, you can send your card to an address anywhere in the world. For more information see our delivery details.

Which credit cards do you accept?
CardRegards accepts Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, and Solo & Electron. For credit card security see our security and privacy policy.

Can I order my card and have it sent at any time?
Once you've chosen your card and entered your own personal message, you can then choose the date you would like us to send your card for you. This allows you to order all your cards in advance, and let CardRegards take care of sending them for you.

How do I add a personal message to my card?
CardRegards will print your own personal message inside your chosen card. Simply find your selected card from the 'Choose a card' page and click on 'write & send now' for your card. On the 'Customise my card' page you can now enter the message that you want to appear inside your card.

How do I address my card?
Once you've chosen your card and entered your own personal message, you can choose to have your card posted to yourself at your own address or direct to your friends or family at their address. If you're a registered CardRegards member you can also choose an existing address from your own address book.

How do I know if my card was sent?
When your card has been sent you will receive an email confirming the despatch of your card.

Why should I become a CardRegards member?
With CardRegards you don't have to be a member to send a card, but by becoming a member you have access to all of the features of our website, including your own address book, your favourite cards and your order history. Additionally from time to time we run promotions and special offers which you can choose to be notified about.

I've forgotten my password?
From the 'Login' page enter your username and then click the 'Forgotten Password' button. An email containing a password reset link will be sent to your email address. Click that link, and you'll be taken to a form where you can set a new password.

How do I add an address to my address book?
Go to 'my account' and select 'My Address Book' and then 'Add Address', enter your new address details and click 'Update'. It's also possible to edit or delete your existing addresses from the 'My address book' page.

How do I use 'my favourites'?
Once you're a CardRegards member, you can store your favourite cards in the 'My favourites' page. To add a new card to your favourites section, find your card from the 'Find me a card' page, and then select 'add to favourites' from the 'Choose a card' page for your chosen card. To display your favourite cards simply select 'my favourites' from any page.

Can I see my pending and previous orders?
If you're a CardRegards member, you can view your pending and previous orders. Go to 'my account' and click on 'my orders'.

Can I cancel a card I've ordered?
Yes, as long as you're a registered CardRegards member and the card hasn't been sent yet. Go to 'my account' and click on 'my orders', find the card you've ordered, and then click 'delete'.

How do I contact CardRegards?

What do I do if I'm not satisfied with my order?
